1. About Nexoraq

Nexoraq is a financial education provider operating in Bangkok, Thailand. Our registered address is 88/12 Soi Sukhumvit 31, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110. We deliver structured financial education programs to individuals and do not sell, recommend, or facilitate access to financial products.

These terms apply to all interactions with Nexoraq, including website use, enquiries, and program participation. References to "we", "us", and "our" refer to Nexoraq. References to "you" and "your" refer to the individual using our website or enrolling in a program.

2. Our Services

Nexoraq currently offers the following financial education programs:

• Personal Finance Foundations — Six sessions covering budgeting, savings, debt management, and emergency fund planning. Fee: ฿3,800.
• Investment Literacy Workshop — Four sessions covering asset classes, portfolio construction, and risk assessment. Fee: ฿6,500.
• Retirement & Long-Term Planning — Three consultation sessions plus a 60-day follow-up review, covering retirement vehicles, tax-efficient strategies, and estate planning basics. Fee: ฿12,000.

Program descriptions, session content, and scheduling are subject to change. We will communicate any material changes to enrolled participants in advance. Program fees are inclusive of all materials unless otherwise stated.

3. Enrollment & Payment

Enrollment in a Nexoraq program is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. We do not operate a deposit or instalment system; full payment is required before the first session is attended.

Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, PromptPay, and major debit and credit cards. A payment receipt and enrollment confirmation will be issued once payment is received. Your place in a program is not reserved until payment has been processed.

All fees are quoted and charged in Thai Baht (THB). Any applicable bank charges or currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the participant.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

• Cancellation 7 or more days before the first session: Full refund, less a processing fee of ฿300.
• Cancellation 3–6 days before the first session: 50% refund of the program fee.
• Cancellation fewer than 3 days before the first session or after the program has begun: No refund. You may, however, transfer your enrollment to another participant or to a future cohort (subject to availability).

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of a valid cancellation request.

In the unlikely event that Nexoraq cancels a program or session due to circumstances within our control, enrolled participants will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to an alternative cohort.

5. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule an individual session within a program, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to facilitator availability and cohort structure.

We cannot accommodate rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice except in genuine emergency circumstances, which will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Nexoraq reserves the right to reschedule sessions due to facilitator illness, public holidays, or other operational reasons. We will provide participants with as much notice as possible and offer equivalent alternative dates.

6. Participant Conduct

Nexoraq programs operate in a small-group format. We ask that all participants:

• Treat fellow participants and facilitators with respect and courtesy.
• Maintain the confidentiality of financial information shared by other participants during sessions.
• Attend sessions punctually, or notify us in advance if unable to attend.
• Refrain from recording sessions (audio or video) without prior written consent from Nexoraq.
• Not use program content for commercial purposes without our permission.

Nexoraq reserves the right to remove a participant from a program without refund if their conduct materially disrupts sessions or breaches these terms.

7. Program Materials & Intellectual Property

All worksheets, guides, frameworks, and reference materials provided during Nexoraq programs are yours to keep and use for personal educational purposes. They may not be reproduced, distributed, sold, or adapted for commercial use without our written consent.

The curriculum structure, session content, and all materials produced by Nexoraq remain the intellectual property of Nexoraq. Participation in a program does not transfer any intellectual property rights to the participant.

Our website content, including all text, graphics, and design elements, is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without permission.

8. Educational Disclaimer

Nexoraq is an educational institution, not a licensed financial advisor, investment manager, or regulated financial services provider under Thai law. Nothing in our programs, website, materials, or communications constitutes financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or tax advice.

Program content is provided for educational purposes only. Any financial decisions you make following participation in a Nexoraq program are your own responsibility. We strongly encourage you to consult a qualified professional before making significant financial decisions.

Nexoraq does not endorse, recommend, or facilitate access to any specific financial product, investment vehicle, or financial institution. We do not receive commission or referral fees from any third party in connection with our programs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, Nexoraq's liability arising out of or in connection with program participation or website use is limited to the program fee paid by the participant in question.

Nexoraq is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or financial losses arising from decisions made based on program content, including but not limited to investment losses, tax liabilities, or estate planning outcomes.

We do not warrant that program content is free of errors or that it will remain current after the date of delivery. Financial regulations, tax rules, and market conditions change, and participants should verify current information with qualified professionals.

10. Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By enrolling in a program or submitting an enquiry, you confirm that you have read and understood how we handle your personal data.

11. Website Use

Our website is provided for informational purposes. While we endeavour to keep it accurate and up to date, we make no warranty as to its completeness or accuracy. Nexoraq is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content.

We use cookies on our website as described in our Cookie Policy. By continuing to use the website, you consent to the use of essential cookies. Non-essential cookies require your explicit consent.

You must not use our website in any way that is unlawful, harmful, or which interferes with its proper functioning. Unauthorised attempts to access restricted areas of the website are prohibited.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Any material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our website or enrollment in programs after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Terms in effect at the time of your enrollment apply to your program. If we make material changes during an ongoing program, we will notify enrolled participants directly.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
